Primarily Sangiovese with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot completing the blend, this has a medium+ to medium-high intensity nose that seems a bit reserved, offering red cherry, cassis, currant, and earthy aromas. The medium-full bodied palate is dry and flavoursome with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays. It's well-structured with very good acidity, while the finish is long, savoury, and earthy. Tasted May 2025. Score: 91+ pts
