Generous nose of tart citrusy fruit, herbs, apple, pear, and smoky aromas. The medium+ bodied palate is dry and creamy with well-balanced aroma replays echoing on the flavour profile, with notable smoky mineral character. It has well-balanced acidity, while the finish is long, well-structured, and creamy. Tasted Sept. 2024.
