Clean, medium+ intensity nose of lemon citrus, herbs, and stony-earthy minerals. On the dry, medium+ bodied palate it has ripe lemon citrus, plus herbs and earthy minerals joined by some spice notes. It's well-structured with balanced acidity and a fine, dusty textured mouthfeel. Savoury, earthy mineral, and spice notes linger on the long finish. Tasted Aug. 2025. Score: 90+ pts
