The medium+ to medium-high intensity nose delivers classic sour red cherry, black cherry, earthy, mushroom, beet root, and strawberry aromas, all of which come through in a nicely balanced fashion on the dry, medium+ bodied palate, with good density. It has very good, juicy acidity, plus some youthful tannin, structure, and gently supple grip that will reward with 2-3 years in the cellar. The long, satisfying finish has spice, earthy, mushroom, and savoury notes. Tasted Aug. 2025. Score: 90+ pts
