Fresh and lifted, the medium-high intensity nose leads with smoky oak aromas layered with ripe apple, pear, lemon citrus, and buttery notes. The dry, medium-full bodied palate has lovely, balanced aroma replays alongside vanilla oak spice notes. Fresh acidity. Nicely textured, and a touch warming on the long, earthy mineral, vanilla, and apple flavoured finish. Tasted May 2025. Score: 91+ pts
