I'm a big fan of Fiano. This has macadamia nut on palate & taste. Full body, med+ intensity, tropical fruits good mineralogy in limestone. Some orange rind & peach. Good acidity makes it food friendly such as crab with butter or by itself. Truly a treasure.

Medium straw. Citrus, grapefruit, floral/perfume, mineral, buttery nose. Dry, quite crisp with a hint of vanilla and a medium body, above average length. March 2011.
