Based primarily off the 2017 vintage, this is 90% Pinot Noir and the rest Meunier. It has a rich, maturing, toasty, and leesy nose nuanced with autolytic, citrusy, apple, and orchard fruit aromas. The palate has an expansive and broad mouthfeel with beautiful aroma replays in a dry, maturing flavour profile featuring lovely orchard fruit, toasty, and leesy notes. It has very good acidity and a fine bead of bubbles. Toasty, leesy, and pastry notes linger on the exceptionally long finish. Tasted May 2025.
