This blend of Rabigato, Viosinho, and Códega do Larinho has a fresh, fragrant, and medium-high intensity nose of apple, pear, and orchard fruit aromas layered over herbal, citrus, and peach. It's medium+ bodied and dry with lovely, well-balanced aroma replays supported by clean acidity and a viscous mouthfeel. The mid-palate is slightly tangy, while mineral touches join the flavour profile on the finish, with very good length. Tasted Apr. 2025.

NIce, crisp white. Little in the way of noted oak, this relies more on citrus fruit, minerality and a fine seem of acidity. Great match to a rich salmon dish. Tasted Sep 2026.
