This blend of 90% Nero d'Avola and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon is reductive off the top, followed by savoury earth, dark berry, blackberry, Damson plum, and savoury spice aromas of medium+ to medium-high intensity. On medium-full bodied palate it is ripe and tangy with blackberry, plum, and oak spice flavours in a dry profile that is supported by fresh acidity and smooth, supple tannins. Earthy, plum, and blackberry notes linger on the long, tasty finish. Tasted Nov. 2025.
