The medium+ intensity nose offers ripe apple, pear, and sweet vanilla oak aromas, alongside some banana and pineapple notes. On the dry, medium+ bodied palate it has pleasing pear, vanilla, and apple replays, plus some oak spice flavours. It has clean and fresh acidity. Some mineral notes appear on the back palate and carry through to long, savoury finish. Tasted Jan. 2026.
