It's only wine but I like it

A nicely made Sauvigon-Semillon blend with some tropic fruit notes along side citrus flavours and even a hint of fig. Oak aged apparently, mostly showing up in the softened texture rather than any overt oak flavours and for that I am thankful. Worth a detour as there are not too many Niagara wineries producing wine with significant element of Semillon. Tasted April 2025.
