This blend of 85% Grenache, 10% Shiraz, and 5% Mourvèdre has a fresh and perfumed medium-high intensity nose featuring aromas of fruity black raspberry, black & red cherry, spice, peppery, dark fruited, and floral aromas with mineral accents. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it is spicy with delicious aroma replays on the flavour profile. It has fresh acids and supple, textured tannins. Lovely black raspberry and mineral notes linger on the long, fresh finish. Tasted Oct. 2024.
