Nearly half Grenache Blanc with Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Piquepoul, and Picardin rounding out the blend. Lovely, fragrant, medium-high to highly aromatic nose has floral, citrus, melon, lemon, and pear aromas are joined by herbal complexity in a wonderfully balanced and elegant profile. The medium+ bodied palate is dry and crisp with fresh, well-balanced acidity and herbally, lemon peel, floral, and pear replays. Some bitterness on the mid-palate, while the finish is long, fresh, and well-balanced. Tasted Dec. 2024.
