Fresh and inviting, the medium-high to highly aromatic nose has captivating aromas of smoky, flinty minerals alongside apple, pear, butter notes, plus touches of reductive characters. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied it palate it has a lovely texture that carries the pear, apple, smoky, flinty mineral replays, plus spice notes on the flavour profile. It has citrusy acids, while the finish is long, balanced, and mineral-driven, with excellent length. Tasted May 2025.
