Very aromatic; sweet cherry fruit, rhubarb, stewed plums and vanilla. Medium body, lovely freshness throughout with well integrated tannins leads to a long smooth and refreshing finish.This is a fine food wine, anything with tomatoes, pasta dish with or without meat. Would like to see more Barbara of this quality on the LCBO shelf, not just at the low end. This wine was bought at the SAQ in Montréal. Wish I had bought more than one bottle.
