A blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot, this has a fresh, highly aromatic nose that offers a complex mix of red and black fruits, grilled pepper, cassis, currant, and minerals. all of which come through very nicely on the medium-full to full-bodied palate. It's well-balanced throughout with silky smooth, well-structured tannins that show great finesse. Acids are fresh and vibrant, while the complex, long, and balanced finish ends with earthy and cocoa notes. Has the stuffing to cellar for 15+ years. Tasted Oct. 2024. Score: 94+ pts
