This wine has a balanced nose of half lime zest and half botanical, reminiscent of dry green grass and chicory. The lively, medium-weight palate has the refreshing acidity of lime and a hint of crisp green apple. The finish is tart but not off-putting - the fruit tended to be shorter-lived and the vegetal characteristics predominated. (Jan 15, 2011)

Had 2011. Really nice with hors d oeuvres. It could be a sipper as well.
