Fermented and aged in concrete, this is a touch reductive off the top, giving way to a medium+ intensity nose that is leesy with orchard fruit, pear, and red apple aromas, plus some buttery and citrus notes. It's medium-full bodied and dry with attractive buttery pear, red apple, leesy, and earthy mineral flavours with a sense of elegance. It is nicely textured with very good acidity on the mid-palate, while the long finish is clean, juicy, and well-balanced. Tasted May 2025. Score: 90+ pts
