The medium to medium-high intensity nose offers enticing dark fruited, dark berry, savoury earthy mineral, smoke, oak spice, and vanilla aromas. The medium-full bodied palate is dry with dark fruit, savoury oak, chocolate, and cocoa with touches of dark berry, and dark plum flavours. It has very good acidity and well-structured tannins, while the finish is long and structured. Tasted June 2024.
