Fresh green apple and lemon cream on the nose. More fruit in the mouth now than when I first tried it 4 months ago. Still has the steely minerality and citrus, but with some peach and honeydew as well. Key-lime pie and smooth finish. Very refreshing and not overly dry, this wine is dangerous, like "where did that bottle go". Goats cheese crostini, sashimi, pan fried pickeral w apple salsa.
