Open and highly aromatic on the nose with gorgeous aromas of petrol, lemon, and citrus accented with floral, mineral, stone fruit, and peach adding complexity and intrigue. The medium+ bodied palate is gently off-dry (i.e. slightly sweet) with excellent concentration and delicious honeyed citrus, and white peach flavours. It has bright acidity, alongside a lovely, mineral textured mouthfeel. Lemony, peach, and honeyed notes taper to a dry finish, with excellent length. Still quite young and should age gracefully into the mid-2030s. Tasted May 2025.
