This is a maturing xinomavro that reminds me of Langhe nebbiolo. The palate shows poise and elegance, with lithe...

This 100% Xinomavro has a lovely, medium-high intensity nose of Bing red cherry, currant, clove, sweet spice, and cinnamon aromas. It's medium-bodied on the dry, structured palate with lovely red cherry, earthy, and spice aroma replays. It has juicy, balanced acidity, while cherry and oak spice notes linger on the long finish. Still very young and should drink well to at least the end of the decade. Tasted Oct. 2023.
