This blend of 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri, and 5% Aidani has a ripe, medium-high intensity nose of lemon, citrus, and grapefruit aromas, along with touches of mineral, fennel, anise, and floral that add complexity and interest. It is quite concentrated on the medium-full bodied palate with a lovely, rich mouthfeel. All of the aroma echo on the deliciously dry flavour profile, supported by juicy and well-balanced acidity.
