fragrant nose is rich, ripe, intense, and fresh, w/ lovely aromas of ripe lemon, citrus, apple & pear layered over earthy-stony minerals, plus wafts of tangy citrus. It has good weight on the dry, medium+ bodied, elegantly structured palate with delicious, lightly honeyed & ripe flavours of lemon citrus, apple & pear, with touches of hazelnut, mineral & spice adding interest and complexity. It has a nicely textured mouthfeel on the mid-palate, plus very good, bracing acidity. Classic oyster shell mineral notes linger on the long, saliva-inducing finish, with excellent length.
