On the ripe, dry, medium-to-medium-full bodied palate it has very good concentration with touches of spice and tropical fruit notes joining the citrusy, floral, herbs, and anise replays on the flavour profile. It tapers to mineral notes on the mid-palate. Nicely textured throughout with very good, balanced, and fresh acidity. Stony and leesy mineral notes linger on the finish, with excellent length. Tasted Oct. 2023.
The wine had a delightful aroma of white flowers, melon, grapefruit, and seashells. Upon tasting it, I could detect the flavours of melon, peach, lime, and salt. It tasted like I had swallowed a mouthful of ocean water. The finish was long and satisfying.-April 2024
