Partially fermented in contact with stems and skins. It was also matured for 4 months on its lees. The medium intensity nose offers citrus, grapefruit, and pear aromas which echo on the dry, medium+ bodied, elegantly textured palate and joined by touches of white peach and melon flavours. There's some pleasant bitterness on the crunchy mid-palate. It has balanced acidity, while the finish is long and fruity with touches of mineral. Tasted Sept. 2023.
