Aged in a combination of concrete and oak, this Sauvignon Blanc has a fragrant, highly aromatic nose of stony-leesy mineral, herbs, lemongrass, and lime citrus notes. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has very good weight and concentration, along with a very nice texture. It has lovely aroma replays and very good acidity on the well-balanced palate, with flavours continuing on to the long, balanced, and juicy finish. Tasted Sept. 2023. Score: 91+ pts
