A fine cool(er) climate pinot noir. No over-ripening, to heavy oak use, just pure pinot fruit. Nice stuff. For drinking now or over the next few years. Tasted March 2024.
Paired with Saffron Biryani and it held up pretty well. Lovely perfume along with spice, candied cherry, and a hint of rubber. Juicy flavours of cranberry, tart cherry, orange rind, lemon zest, and salt. Medium minus finish that gets very acidic after some time.- March 2024
