This 100% Carricante has a fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose of savoury, earthy minerals, ripe orchard fruit, apple, pear, and sweet herbs. The medium to medium-full bodied palate is dry with lovely, ripe aroma replays on the flavour profile, and supported by crisp and fresh acidity. Delicious earthy volcanic mineral notes linger on the long finish. Tasted Nov. 2024. Score: 90+ pts
