This blend of 50% Tannat, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 24% Cabernet Franc has a delicate and shy nose of dark berry, blackberry, and some oak spice aromas. On the dry, full-bodied, crunchy palate it has dark berry, black cherry, blackberry and spice flavours supported by juicy acidity. It has ripe, well-structured tannins, with spicy notes coming to the fore on the mid-palate. Finish is long and structured. Tasted Sept. 2023. Score: 90+ pts
