Fresh, elegant, medium+ to medium-high intensity nose offers lovely toasty, brioche & autolytic characters mingling w/ lemon citrus, stone fruit & white peach aromas + whiffs of pastry & honey adding further complexity & intrigue. Light-to-mid weighted & essentially dry on the palate w/ delicious citrusy, ripe apple, toasty & brioche flavours w/ touches of autolytic notes & a twist of honey. Crisp acidity & lively bubbles freshen the juicy & slightly creamy palate. Subtly spicy w/ apple, toasty & brioche flavours are joined by minerals on long, crisp finish. Tasted Dec. 2024. Score: 91+ pts
