Aromas of Sulphur, cream, honey, and wildflowers. Sweet entry on the palate with mouth-coating honey, cream, peach, tropical fruits, and citrus. Great summer wine and should be even better with age. -2023

My two years of aging did wonders. It has a more golden colour, and the pronounced petrol aroma initially reminded me of being right beside a Petro Canada. However, this intensity settles down over time, allowing notes of apricots, honey, dried citrus, and lemon to shine through. Flavours of honey beautifully complement the apricots, cream, lemon, and peach. So good now-2025
