Spontaneously fermented in barrel, this has a fresh, medium to medium-high intensity nose of white peach, apricot, and citrus layered over notes of orange. On the dry, mid-weighted, and nicely textured palate it has pleasing aroma replays with orange and stone fruit flavours. It has clean, balanced acidity and finishes long, dry, and minerally with hints of sea shell notes. Tasted Apr. 2023.
