2003 vintage. Mostly merlot left-bank red, from the heatwave vintage. My third tasting of this wine, it is a lush, ripe wine with notes of blackberries and a touch of vanilla. A bit too much extract. Modern approach to Bordeaux, well-made, but a bit faceless. Drink now or hold for a few more years.
