It's medium-full bodied and dry on the palate with lovely smoky, clayey, earthy flavours mingling with lemony citrus and peach notes. It has crisp, clean acidity and a fine, beaded mousse. The finish is long, clean, and fresh. Tasted Apr. 2023.
