Crafted in the Charmat method using a blend of mainly Pinot Noir and Riesling, with a splash of Gamay Noir, this has a lovely, medium-high intensity nose of leesy, toasty, red berry, Flintstones vitamins, orange citrus, ripe pear, and grapefruit aromas with a sense of elegance. It is off-dry and gently sweet on the medium-full bodied palate with delicious citrusy, orange, Flintstones vitamins flavours. Acids are crisp and clean, while the mousse is elegant with crisp bubbles. Fairly dry on the finish that is long, fresh, and crisp. Tasted June 2025.
