This blend of 70% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier was aged en tirage for three years. It has a clean, fragrant nose of white peach, lemon citrus, brioche, and autolytic aromas. It has crisp, vibrant acidity with fresh mousse and a fine bead of bubbles on the dry palate with more citrus and white peach flavours. Brioche notes linger on the long, crisp, and dry finish. Tasted Apr. 2023.
