This bubbly hit the mark on the hot humid day we had here yesterday. Refreshing strawberry flavours and bread dough nose. Light on the palate with citrus notes and a lovely mineral edge.

This blend of 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay has a medium to medium-high intensity nose that is fresh and elegant with autolytic, red berry, raspberry, cherry, and strawberry aromas. On the dry, medium to medium-full bodied palate it has lovely, well-balanced aroma replays, plus touches of spice and toasty notes adding a savoury component and complexity. With crisp acidity and bubbles it offers a nicely textured mouthfeel. Spiced, leesy, toasty, and red berry notes linger on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Apr. 2026. Score: 90+ pts
