The colour of this resembles that of an old wine. There is no sediment in the bottle. The nose is complex, with an alluring mix of perfume, fresh herbs, tomato leaf, cherry, raspberry, sweet tobacco, mushroom, and licorice.

Flavours are raspberry, rose petal, tomato leaf, and licorice. Although flavours are not as complex as the nose, it is still a tasty wine, especially when paired with food. On its own, it has high & chalky tannins, but with food, it becomes soft. Short finish, medium plus acidity. - May 2024
