Mainly Sangiovese with about 10% each Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this organic wine has a medium intensity nose of cherry, currant, clove, and herbal aromas. It's medium-full bodied, dry, concentrated, and ripe with candied cherry, clove, vanilla, and wood spice flavours. It has juicy, balanced acidity, refined tannins, and very good length on the finish.
