Wild-fermented in barrel, the medium-high intensity nose offers lovely aromas of orchard fruit, pear, apple, and gentle vanilla oak spice with some flor and malolactic characters. On the medium+ bodied palate it has very nice aroma replays joined by lemon curd flavours. It has well-balanced acidity, while vanilla spice notes linger on the long, very satisfying finish.
