Blend of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino, and 10% Pugnitello. The medium+ intensity nose is smoky, savoury, earthy, and oak infused with hints of red cherry and floral aromas. On the medium+ bodied palate it has smooth, supple tannins with dark red cherry, red currant, clove spice, and tangy flavours. Acids are very good, while the long finish has pleasing tangy and savoury notes. Tasted Nov/2021.
