A wine that is very sure of itself as an Ontario riesling. Has a pleasant, forthcoming nose of apricot and a sweet orange with blossom. The palate is generous and balanced as the perceivable sweetness (and weight) from the fruit tie nicely with the elevated acidity. The length gives you some time to enjoy. It is versatile and would be easily paired with weighty white meats. (Jan 5, 2010)
Bright, very pale straw colour. Low to med. intensity nose of white grapefruit, chalk, mandarin orange, and lemon.
Dry, light body, med. plus acidity. Mandarin orange, lemon/lime, white grapefruit, and some mineral. Long length. Very good quality.
