Highly aromatic, clean, ripe nose of guava, kiwi, grassy, herbs, plus hints of tropical fruit notes rise out of the glass. It's medium+ bodied with good weight and a slightly chalky texture on the palate with pleasing aroma replays joined by citrus and touches of stony mineral on the flavour profile. Juicy throughout with fresh acidity and a long, juicy finish. Tasted Nov. 2021.
