Fragrant, floral and decidedly off-dry, I can't think of a great food match, but it more than delivers the goods as a standalone summer evening refreshment. This delicious nectar isn't always available, but I will be buying it by the case when I find it.

The fresh, highly aromatic nose offers beautiful aromas of rose, lychee, floral, citrus, and wet stone minerals. The palate has lovely aroma replays joined by spicy notes with notable sweetness that is balanced by fresh and lively acidity. It’s nicely balanced throughout with excellent length and notes of rose, floral, and lychee lingering on the very long, satisfying finish. Tasted June/2021. Score: 91+ pts
