From mature vines grown on limestone-clay soils, fermented with indigenous yeasts in both tank and neutral barrels, and aged for 10 months sur lie. Gorgeous, highly aromatic nose has lovely notes of honey, peach, apricot, and subtle limestone mineral. Dry on the structured and textured palate with lemon/lime citrus, plus subtle oak nuances on the flavour profile. Excellent length on the long, textured, and slightly chalky finish. Tasted Apr. 2022.
