Alright, after the 91 point review I am definitely convinced that the LCBO is not properly storing their wine (at least for the Bayview Village location). I first had a hunch when I went there last winter and right away noticed the unusually high ambient temperature (leaving me pretty uncomfortable under that mask). Then I noticed the white wine I picked up by the store window was also warm to the touch. Not surprisingly it turned out to be already oxidative on pouring. As is this wine I had tonight (both stored in the fridge). Looks like the LCBO hasn't acted on my complaint.
