This 100% organic Babic red wine is ruby in color with a scent of Maraska sour cherry and aromatic herbs. The taste is fruity with a vibrant and fresh medium body. The spontaneous malolactic fermentation creates a rounder, fuller mouthfeel with soft tannins. It was amazing with my truffle mac n’ cheese
