I really enjoyed this little Rose Sparkler. Needs about 15 minutes in your glass to mellow out and then it's really delicious.

Yum! For the money, a really nice sparkling wine from Alsace. It would be perfect for such nice weather we're having today. Nice finish and acidity. I could taste the red fruits on the palate. It's lively and fun.
