Lawrason and Szabo nailed it. I’m not normally a fan of Shiraz but this is one of the best wines I’ve had lately. Nose is lovely, edging towards dark fruit rather than Raspberries with the added touches of herbal notes. As Szabo mentions, the 14.5 abv is big but there is no heat. Tannins are soft. It is drinking well. I successfully paired it with rosemary Moose.
